A century-long traditionOur Dairy was established back in 1924. The world has changed since then but here we continue building the future with confidence.
Artisanal methods and patienceEvery wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano is the result of the work of everyone involved in the production process, from the farmers to the cheesemakers. A team effort that requires patience!

We produce Parmigiano Reggiano using traditional artisanal methods. Our cheese is produced with the freshest milk from a variety of dairy cattle breeds.
The 12, 24, 30 and 40-month aging periods give the cheese
a rich, balanced and unique flavour.
