Deliveries

In Gavasseto and Roncadella we take care of your orders, from packaging in our shops to when the Parmigiano Reggiano arrives in your homes. This is what happens.

Preserving quality
The preparation of your order takes its time because each single piece of our Parmigiano Reggiano is going to be cut from the wheel on time. In this way we assure you quality and freshness, exactly as you were here in the dairy to enjoy the fragrance and aromas of a freshly cut wheel. 
Then the pieces are stone-cut, wrapped in the white food paper- to avoid the direct contact of the cheese with the plastic- and finally vacuum sealed. But they are not ready yet: we are going to package them into our brand logo  paper, the same that you may use for the storage in the fridge. 
The preparation of your order takes therefore from 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the payment of your order. Anyway, should you need a precise delivery date, kindly inform us and we shall do our best to meet your requirements!

We remind you that all vacuum sealed pieces can be stored in the fridge for 6 months: for this reason we suggest you to buy some more pieces in order to optimize shipping costs.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made by express courier (DHL, Mail Boxes, etc). The delivery time can change from 24 hours to 4 days in accordance with the area of destination and with the period of the year. In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will leave only upon receipt of it. In order to preserve the quality of the product and avoid unnecessary stocks on weekends, we try to arrange all shipments from Monday to Wednesday.

Free delivery for orders worth €150 or over

Calabria, Islands and disadvantaged areas
€8 for orders up to €149,99
Free delivery for orders worth €150 or over

Delivery Fees – Europe

From 06 March you can order online and receive our Parmigiano Reggiano in France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We will add other countries during the year.
