Our farmers produce the milk we use as the main ingredient to make our Parmigiano Reggiano.
With their relentless, professional, and passionate daily work they breed different types of cows and preserve biodiversity. Their stories and the Gavasseto e Roncadella Dairy production have long intertwined.
Their fresh milk gives our products an inimitable flavour. Their milk is truly special because the 17 farms part of our dairy are all located no further than 10 km from us. This ensures that we use only the freshest milk.
