Accentuated aromas, notes of melted butter and fresh fruit, citrus fruit, and dry fruit. The cheese appears perfectly soluble, crumbly, and grainy.
Ingredients: Milk, salt, rennet
Perfect with red structured wines. Great when added in flakes to fruit salads dressed with traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena or Reggio Emilia. Ideal enjoyed with all types of dry fruit, especially prunes and figs.
